In 2005 my then fiancé and I set out to start a company with the purpose of providing safe, clean, modern homes to lower and lower middle class families. Our belief was that we would not rent something to someone else that we wouldn't want to live in ourselves. That same idea is still true to this day. Although the company has grown to nearly 30 homes over the past 2 decades our core value still remains that same.
